MARK R. STEIN
Mark R. Stein has been practicing law for more than five decades, representing clients in a wide range of litigation in both State and Federal courts. He was also a founding member of Allen, Stein, & Durbin. Mr. Stein handles mediations including those involving numerous parties and complex legal issues.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITES AND MEMBERSHIPS
Mr. Stein's professional memberships include Phi Alpha Delta, an International Law Fraternity. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, and the San Antonio Bar Association. Mr. Stein has been a selected Super Lawyer from 2012 to current.
Attorneys throughout the San Antonio area voted Mr. Stein on of "San Antonio's Best Lawyers" for Insurance Defense - Personal Injury in Scene in SA, 2010 and for Insurance Defense - Personal Injury and Construction Litigation in Scene in SA,2014. EDUCATION
Mr. Stein received a B.A. in Journalism from The University of Texas in 1971 and a J.D. from St. Mary's University of San Antonio in 1974. He was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1974. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals, 5th and 11th Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
